Mystery Visit/Audit
Verification involves a critical examination of the venue or service in the eyes of the visitor.
VERIFICATION FROM THE VIEW OF A VISITOR.
A Mystery Visit/Audit is a discreet, third-party evaluation by ACES auditors or trained assessors who act as ordinary visitors. The purpose of the visit is to assess the quality of service, safety management, elephant welfare, compliance with operational standards, and the overall visitor experience. This process provides an unbiased, real-world perspective of the facility from the viewpoint of your most important critic—your customers.
This visit aims to ensure that the venues uphold ethical standards, verify that the claims made by the facility align with actual practices, and identify any "blind spots" in staff behavior or operational issues that may not be evident during scheduled audits.
